All coaches, head and assistant, on your team are required to submit active clearances to RAYSA during registration. NO PRACTICES ALLOWED until all coaches on your team have their clearances on file with RAYSA. Head coaches, it's your responsibility to make sure any assistant coaches get this done as well as it effects your team beginning practices. Clearances needed include only the state Child Abuse and state Criminal Background Check. Both are free. Results usually return immediately or within a day or two. Be safe and print copies to keep for your records as the system may not save the files from season to season.

The Child Abuse and State Criminal Check are free for volunteers. Keep in mind your clearances will be good for 5 years but you may have to upload them again each season.
