• All positions are 2-calendar year terms delineated by each semi-annual league parent meeting between Spring and Fall regular seasons
  
• All positions are league parent nominated, but some are then either league parent elected at the next general semi-annual league-wide parent meeting, or board member only approved at the next monthly RAYSA board meeting. Position descriptions, specific rules and guidelines can be found in the posted league constitution by-laws. 
• Current board members are automatically re-nominated for the next election or board review when the term expires, unless advance notification is received they will not be accepting the nomination again. All positions due for re-election or another board approval will be opened up to league parents for new/different nominations in advance for parents to choose a change in board membership when appropriate per term limits.
